After much trial and error I decided to use a potion bottle as the main part of the Elixir Vitae logo. I chose this object as I felt it would represent the name succesfully as it highlights immortality. I incorporated leaves either side of the stem of the bottle to keep some of the identity of the previous logo. I also changed the contents of the bottles to highlight different drinks and to make them more unique, making them more collectable.
This was my first attempt at the Elixir Vitae logo. I took inspiration from Chinese mythology, which says a white hare created the elixir on the Moon. It's a fun and bold design but I feel the majority of people will fail to see the reference to the chinese mythology and will instead think this is a product for rabbits.

For one of my modules at university I had to choose a live brief and I chose to repackage Purdey's Rejuvenate Multivitamin Drink. I felt this was a good choice because there is a variety of different things I have to design to repackage the product.
The things I felt I needed to redesign were:
- Elixir Vitae logo
- Purdey's logo
- The way the drink is packaged (e.g. bottle, can etc)
